We are seeking a dynamic and creative Creative Experiences Assistant to ensure the excellence of our tours, haunted pub crawls, and other experiences. The ideal candidate will play a key role in elevating the quality of our offerings, expanding experiences in cities, collaborating on innovative projects, and working closely with the operations team to implement improvements.

This is a remote W-2 role and not a contract position. You must reside within the United States and be fluent in the English language.

Job Duties:
  • Assess and enhance the quality of tours, costumes, and props to create immersive and authentic experiences
  • Assist with the expansion of experiences, including ghost hunts and haunted pub crawls, in various cities
  • Collaborate with the operations team to educate and facilitate the implementation of improvements and new experiences
  • Upgrade tours to incorporate historical photos, creating a richer narrative for guests
  • Develop strategies to make tours more interactive and enjoyable for participants
  • Brainstorm and conceptualize new experiences and events that align with our brand and audience
  • Assist with the planning and execution of special events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for participants
  • Think creatively and collaboratively on partnerships and collaborations to enhance our offerings
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor experiences to ensure our offerings remain cutting-edge

Qualifications:
Proven experience in event planning, tour development, or a related field
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent project management and organizational abilities

Pay: $15.00 to $20.00 per hour
